The truth is all neurodivergent relationships communicate differently. And while many of the techniques and suggestions you hear might be helpful in neurotypical relationships, in one's like yours they are just complicated and overwhelming.

While emotions and feelings are important, most neurodivergent individuals don't have access to the language required to even understand them. I know this because I am neurodivergent and I didn't learn until my formal training as a therapist.
Throughout my time working with ND couples, I uncovered a truth that we don't speak out loud. That neurodivergent relationships don't adhere to typical standards of relationships.
​Using a unique combination of personalized 1-to-Relationship coaching, conversational prompts, and roleplaying this program equips you with tools to regain balance in your relationship. I am a licensed therapist and now relationship coach and consultant. I developed this hybrid 1-to-relationship coaching and "KISS" system after seeing countless ND couples struggle to maintain progress in their relationships. Additionally, therapy-while extremely helpful at working through deep seated trauma and conflict, often led to both partners feeling ostracized and judged.
I'll work with you both directly and by integrating conversational prompts tailored to help you hold your partner accountable without confrontation, we create personalized conversational scripts that guide you daily. But this system is more than just "what to say"—it’s a powerful tool that combines real-time support with coaching tailored specifically for your relationship.
Together, we’ll not only create strategies to handle setbacks (like the one's described here), but you’ll also learn how to communicate with yourself and your partner more effectively, breaking free from the cycles of frustration caused by the differences in communication style.

The 3-Step "KISS" Process
Building the Foundation for Your Success
Session 1: Discovery
In our first session, we dive deep into understanding the challenges you face in your ND Relationship (as outlined in this blog post). We’ll explore the patterns, pain points, and roadblocks in your relationship, while also discussing what you’ve tried before. This is where we’ll begin to uncover what your partner may be attempting to communicate through his behaviors—behaviors that often feel frustrating or inconsistent.

Together, we’ll create a personalized conversational prompts and scripts that will guide you throughout the week. These tools are tailored specifically to your unique situation, serving as a tool to help you manage emotional stress and maintain consistency in your relationship. It will also give you new things to say to break the circular pattern of arguments you have become all too familiar with. This session lays the foundation for the transformation you’re about to experience.
Session 2: Review & Adjustment
During the second session, we’ll review your experiences from the past week. What worked well? What didn’t? We’ll analyze how the conversational prompts and scripts supported you and where adjustments are needed. This is an opportunity to refine the scripts guidance, making sure it evolves with your needs.

More importantly, you’ll start to see how clear communication with your partner mirrors how you can improve your self-talk, handle emotional setbacks, and create consistency in your relationship. This session is all about refining the process and getting closer to sustainable progress.
Session 3: Final Optimization & Strategy
In the final session, we review the results of the second week and fine-tune the conversational prompts one last time. At this point, you’ll not only have consistent way of communicating, but you’ll also have a deeper understanding of how to communicate with both your partner and yourself. This empowers you to maintain the progress you’ve made well beyond our coaching sessions.

This final session is designed to leave you with the strategies and confidence to handle future challenges independently, but if you ever need more support, additional sessions can be booked based on your needs.

With nearly a decade of experience as a therapist (and entire lived experience of being neurodivergent), I’ll work closely with you to understand the unique challenges you face in your ND relationship. We’ll dig into the patterns that have created frustration, what you’ve tried before, and what’s truly motivating for you. Together, we’ll craft a personalized conversational scripts and prompt tailored to your relationship's specific needs, helping you break free from repetitive cycles and regain balance in your relationship.
Teaching Effective ND Relational Communication:
The key to changing dynamics in your relationship lies in knowing how to communicate with men effectively. I’ll guide you through how to structure your interactions with your ND partner so that message sent is message received. Together we will review past conversations, text transcripts, and engage in roleplays. These skills don’t just help with your relationship—they teach you how to communicate with yourself more effectively, especially during moments of overwhelm or frustration with your partner. This will empower you to handle difficult moments with more clarity and patience.
Navigating Setbacks:
Setbacks are inevitable, but they don’t have to derail you. I’ll coach you on how to manage challenges as they arise, using our scripts as a supportive tool to keep you on track.
Building Long-Term Consistency:
My goal is to equip you with the tools and strategies for long-term consistency in your relationship. Beyond the initial 3 sessions, you’ll walk away with a sustainable "KISS" system that helps you navigate the ongoing challenges of being in an ND relationship in a neurotypical world.
